IBAL Anti Litter League Report 2012
Nora Coyne of Castlebar Town Council with Dr Tom Cavanagh, Chairman of IBAL. Castlebar finished in 12th place in the IBAL Anti Litter League 2011 final and was also awarded the Sustained Excellence Award for being litter free for 5 years.
